NIEHOFF 9-dies Cu (Alu) Rod Drawing Line (Ref : VVXN8S)

NIEHOFF rod drawing machine with 9 dies. Machine is designed for constant 26% wire elongation. Compact machine with 4 shafts / 2 capstans each (288 mm & 450 mm). Exit capstan is 450 mm also. Can be used for 8 mm copper rods (as lately) or 9,5 mm aluminium. Driven by AC motor 150 KW and 6 speedgear box. Speed max. : 23 m/sec Solid design, still in working condition. Has been used for copper rods so far. Equipped with annealer 115 kVA (could be taken out) and with dynamic spooler 800 mm Line complete with original NIEHOFF electrical panels. new owner may wish to change it with new electriconics control to make better line operation/ easier maintenance. New AC speed rectifier could be added to control main motor and new drive also for spooler. PLC could replace old relays. Transformer for annealer could be kept naturally.
