Complete extrusion line based on 90 mm 24 D extruder and equipped with 2 caterpillars 800 kg. Line can process PVC/PE/XLPE/HFFR (2 screws). Cable up to 40 mm finished diameter. One pay-off 2 m and 2 take-ups 2 m (3 Tons capacity). Line speed 150 m/min. Fully equipped with BETA Lasermike quality control : - Diameter gauge before extruder - Diameter gauge after extruder - Diameter gauge after cooling trough - Spark tester before/after extrusion - Lump & Neck detector - Precise belt type length counter Line in perfect working condition. Has come available due to merging of two productions factories into one.
