SPIRKA High Speed Braiding Line 16 Bobbins, Model DF16A (Ref : C7QVSQ)

SPIRKA 16-carrier vertical braiding line with inline taping. Line is typically designed for braiding copper or textile material around central element with diameter ranging 2 to 14.5 mm. It can run max 150 rpm with lay-length ranging from 3 to 90 mm. Line is from year 1999, 100% complete with soundproof cabinet, take-up, pay-off, taper and electrical cabinet. Excellent condition still. While originally designed from bottom to top, direction was changed to opposite when insering taping process inline with braiding and therefore improving taping process/quality. Reverse to original direction is however possible easily. It is available from a company with excellent maintenance program. Production is actually shifting to 24 carriers braiders, reason of the availability.
