Simple & compact pintle type pay-off for drums up to 1250 mm. Bobbin is hold between pintles, manually operated. Same for up/down. Bobbin is braked by disk brake, with manual tension setting. The unit was used in a 37 bobbin strander, for copper & alumnium conductor.
