SETIC High Freq. Quadding Line TA560Ni with 4 Backtwist Pay-offs Model DVD630 (Ref : B2CTKD)

Complete quadding line designed for production of high frequency/high quality quads, with or without overal tape. To get product quality, the line is equipped with 4 backtwist pay-offs and accurate tension control (on wires & on final winding). Manufactured by leader in this field : SETIC. Quadding line can take spools up to 560 mm diameter. Backtwist pay-offs can take spools up to 630 mm diameter (425 mmOAW) Taping head can take cops up to 400 mm diameter. Line was manufactured in 1998 and has 45.000 hrs on counter. It is still in very good condition, because coming from Scandinavian factory.
