NIEHOFF Double Twist Bunchers 630 mm, Model D 630 (Ref : ZZSM9A)

High speed double twist machine DIN 630 mm, model D630.1.4.A.3.GL. manufactured by NIEHOFF in 1999 for production of copper bunches from 0,14 mm² to 4 mm² (wires 0,05 to 0,85 mm) or flexible bunches up to 6 mm² (wires < 0.30 mm). Twisting speed can be adjusted from 500 to 6000 tw/min with lay-length from 7.5 to 92 mm. Machine is equipped with pulling capstan and change gears for lay-length control. Wires can be copper bare, tinned or silver coated.
