NIEHOFF 19-Wire Drawing Line 0.15-0.45 mm, Model MMH101 (Ref : HV8MPU)

Drawing line designed to produce from 19 x 0.15 mm to 19 x 0.305 mm or 12 x 0.45 mm copper wires. 21-dies machine, equipped with 2.000 Amps annealer and 2 x dynamic spoolers 630 mm. Machine is complete, with emulsion system with filtration, pumps and heat exchangers for drawing section and for annealer (but no pay-off). 19 wires is well adapted for 1+6+12 construction UNILAY using 2 spools, 7 wires for central and 12 for overlayer. Naturally, machine can also be used for 16 wire production. Dynamic spoolers plus electical panels were added new in 2002, with reconditioning main 1992-drawing/annealing sections. The owner is now concentrating his production on smaller wires like 0.10-0.12-0.15 and thus has replaced this heavy duty machine with more suitable for such fine wires market is now demanding him.
