GEROLD 1+9+15/400 mm Excellent Planetary Cabling Line, with Taping (Ref : YTYK7R)

Planetary line from GEROLD/Germany used for laying-up small cores. Line is based on two cages of 9 & 15 bobbins used with 400 mm spools. Wire tension by MOBAC magnet system. Second cage is fitted with tube for tandem operation. It can therefore be used laying-up special multi-core cables up to 1+9+15 in one step and up to 1+9+15+24 in two steps when the two cages operate in tandem (24 cores on outer layer max) It can work with diameter up to 30 mm. Top condition - Fully reconditioned 2009, with all new panels/electronics. Independent AC motor for each component. (Each component has its own motor for speed rotation.) Back twist is driven by separate motor too, meaning backtwist % could also be adjusted more or less than 100% when needed by the products. Each component is bolted on floor and there is no need of fundation, nor pits.
