Modern & recent single twist machine 800 mm designed for cabling up to 8 x small & light insulated wires. Take-up bobbin : DIN 800 mm Speed : 700 RPM With 3 AC motors (28 kW for flyer, 28 kW for bobbin, 1,53 kW for traversing) Pay-off bobbins : 8 Bobbin diameter : 630-800 mm Electrical brake. Previous owner in Germany successfully produced 5G6 with a stranding diameter of up to 15,1mm. Lay-length : electronic (max. 300 mm) Deviation pulleys : 200 mm OD x 170 mm ID x 20 mm grrove dia. It was originally built in 2007. In 2018, the machine was relocated with new pay-off uinit (8 bobbins) and new electrical control panel (PLC S7 - AC drives - colour screen HMI)
