High speed coiler with 1040 mm capstan to be used after rod breakdown line for copper. Machine can take large steel barrels 1400 mm (OD) x 800 mm (ID) x 2 m (H). Speed : up to 35 m/sec. Wire diameter : 1.0...4.0 mm in standard. Delivery includes : - Coiler with DC motor - Built-in pneumatic dancer - Electrical cabinet Warning: the conveyor for in/out barrels shown on photos was inside concrete and has not been taken out. Loading/unloading can either be with fork-lift or with new conveyor to be fabricated.
