NEXTROM 45 mm FO SCL Extrusion Line (Ref : C9WZDD)

The line has been manufactured by Nextrom and could be used as secondary coating lines. It was geared for max speed of 500 m/min. Line is based on 45 mm extruder, 3x pay-offs stands (each for 4 fibers) and automatic dual take-up 800 mm. Line is dated from 2000. It is built from ex-Fiber Bundle Extrusion Line and was designed originally for tubing fiber bundles in a jelly filled tube of PBT. Configuration today is differing a little. It is now only with fiber pay-offs with cooling trough arrangement revised.
