NOKIA MAILLEFER Double Twist Quadding Line with Backtwist, Model TC (Ref : QSF7FJ)

The line is designed for production of quality quads at high speed. It is based on the principles of double twist stranding on take-up and variable backtwist on pay-offs. Line is typically made for producing quads with wire sizes from 0.3 to 1.2 mm copper and insulated cores of 2.5 mm maximum. It is also defined for final cable diameter of 6 mm maximum. Stranding speed goes up to 4000 tw/min with linear speed up to 500 m/min, for lay-length varying from 30 to 150 mm. Line is ideal for ideal for railways quads !
