Complete Skaltek line designed typically for coiling/packing single or multi cores building wires into cardboard boxes. Coiler R1 measures wire lengths, tests wire quality and coils, cuts and packs the cable in cartons completely automatically The machine is designed for coiling all wire and cable types, plastic or rubber coated, up to 7 mm diameter Capacity is 6 coils of 100 m per min. Coils are typically : - OD : 200 mm - 265 mm - ID : 100 or 125 mm interchangeable - Width : 50 to 150 mm Line is complete with pay-off, accumulator and automatic coiler. It runs continously, with no stop. Cable coils are put in carboard boxes. These boxes are prepared automatically, fed into machine, and stacked on pallets at exit.
