Very reliable and excellent condition DIN 1250 high speed double spooler for insulation line. Manufactured in year 2007 - Barely used Suitable for bobbins dia 1250 mm x 950 mm (DIN standard), with 2.500 kg max. weight Machine is designed for high speed insulation line with products like : - 1,0.... 25 mm² class 1,2 and 5 - 2,0....15,0 mm over insulation At speed up to 800 m/min as geared today. Wire changes is done at full speed from full to empty spools. Loading/unloading inside machine is achieved from each side of the winder. Once inside, bobbins are lift up by eletrical tables. Machine is equipped with a separate pneumatic dancer and electrical panel. Winder is equipped with modern electronic (AC technology, LENZE drives & SIEMENS S7 PLC. It is fully documented.
