NEXTROM High Speed Insulation Line 100/45 - 24 D (1...16 mm² on 1600 mm Bobbin) (Ref : D8MXUF)

Modern, high speed and top condition insulation line for conductors 1,0...16 mm². Can also be used for sheathing small products up to 10 mm flexible, able to run on 500 mm pulleys. Material : PVC / HFFR / XLPE.... (several screws available) Line with 2 extruders (NEXTROM 100 mm and MAILLEFER 45 mm) plus dual-layer Xheads for stripes/skin operation. Main extruder is 100 mm from year 2000, with gravimetric dosing, 4 screws and screw cooling system. In 2007, line was heavily rebuilt with: - New cooling trough 1000 m/min - New pulling capstan 500 mm - New spooler 1600 mm with dancer - New contactless length counter, laser type - New ZUMBACH quality control - New electronic controls with JACKETMASTER ZUMBACH and with new INTOUCH HMI All made VOM HAGEN & FUNKE (Germany), with LENZE AC drives & S7/PROFIBUS connections. in 2011, new 45 mm piggy back extruder was added to run skin/stripes. Today, pay-offs are either : - vertical cone for copper wire in barrels - unrolling 400 m/min for bobbin 630....1800 mm / 2 Tons To reach higher speed on pay-off is 630 or 800 mm spools used, a dual cone pay-off coud be added when needed. Possible also to add a double spooler 630 mm for example for smaller section on smaller spools. the line was mainly used for solid wire insulation wound on 1600 mm DIN spools to feed a 300 m/min SZ line with bedding & sheathing.
