Complete drum twisting line suitable for : - Laying-up LV cables round or sector shaped - Laying up MV cables - Make screening of cables with up to 72 wires - Make steel wire armouring of cables up to 72 wires Line is equipped with : 4 x rotating pay-off 2200 mm 1 x 2600 mm central rotating pay-off and take-up 1 x sector correction head 1 x steel armouring head, with 72 x pay-offs 500 mm for bare copper or steel wires 4 x taping heads, for metal & non-metal tapes The line is driven by line shaft and one common motor. Lay-length is set by gear box on rotating caterpillar Machine can run 60 RPM with speed up to 100 m/min. It is 65 m long and is available after factory shutdown. 100% complete and working order !
