Complete line designed to draw and anneal 16 x 1,7 mm bare or tinned wire down to 16 x 0,10 mm to 16 x 0,25 mm (7…15 x 0.32 mm as well) Line is designed with 31 capstans and composed of : - NIEHOFF 16-Wire Drawing Machine 31 dies, Model MMH 101.E2.1A.16.F31 - NIEHOFF 1500 Amps annealer, Model RM140.2.R.16.1500 - 2 x NIEHOFF dancer, model VP100.6 - 2 x NIEHOFF static spooler 630 mm, model WSV630.1.E.A - NIEHOFF electrical panel and SIEMENS control - NIEHOFF full set of technical documentation Machine was using central emulsion system as well as nitrogen supply which are therefore not included. Same for dies and pay-off system which will be kept for other lines.
