SETIC Flyer Pay-offs Pick-up Style for Bobbin 630-800 mm, Model DVP 800-SR (Ref : A5QPUS)

Pay-off made to fly off wires (single or multi) from 630 or 800 mm spools. The bobbin is static, vertical, on 127 mm centering pin. The flyer rotates around, braked by magnetic powder system with potentiometer control. When used with multiwire wound on static spooler (bundpacker) the twist can be reomved and wires split thanks to a small capstan at the outlet, also controlled by magnetic brake. If single end or bunch of wires to be used, this wire split can be bypass. Flyer can be easily retracted to insert/remove the bobbins in/out.
