High Speed Automotive Insulation Line, with NPS System (Ref : ZVGK8K)

Complete line designed for high speed insulation of 0.35 mm² to 8 mm² flexible conductors. Line is with 2 extruders (60 + 45 mm) and with NIEHOFF PACKING SYSTEM (NPS). It can run up to 1200 m/min and is fully equipped with recent German made interface control. Pay-off is DIN 630 mm dual cone system. It is equipped with preheater and quality control like diameter, eccentricity, lump & neck and spark tester.
