HENRICH Twin Wire Intermediate Drawing Line, 26G17 (Ref : YNAA5Y)

FACTORY STOP - EXCELLENT CONDITION Intermediate drawing line based on drawing machine HENRICH two wires. It can draw 2x3.2 mm down to 2x0.3 to 2x1.2 mm & goes up to 1.4 mm when processing one wire only. Drawing is now equipped with inline annealer 97 kVA, two BONGARD basket coilers TW51 and two dynamic spoolers SG145 NIEHOFF. Electrical cabinet was nodernized with new drive for motor. Cabinet was new for spoolers and coilers. Line was mechanically overhauled in 2012 including replacement of bearings & belts, revision of gears, new pumps, pipes, tanks & valves. Also revision of transformer & of motor.
