GODDERIDGE Double Twist Pairing or Bunching Machine 630 mm, M633DT (Ref : PNR5TZ)

Double twist machines used earlier for LAN Cat6 pairing operation. Each pairing machine is suitable for taking 630 x 425 mm spools. It is single motor machine with lay-length by change gears and traversing by UHING. Machine can run 6.000 tw/min as max design speed. Winding tension is controlled by clutch & dancer. They were used in combination with triple twist pay-off 600 mm yielding to 5500 tw/min of Cat6A product. (The pay-offs are offered separately) The pairing was 2 x 0,53 mm PE insulated cores. Machine, by design, can also be used for 7 x 0.8 mm bare copper (4 mm²) or 10 mm² flexible (80 x 0.40 mm)
