ROSENDAHL Secondary Coating Line for Loose Tubes & Premises Cables (Ref : PRS6MQ)

Complete line made ROSENDAHL designed for loose tube or premises cables. The line is equipped with 12 fibre pay-offs 500 mm (34 kg capacity) and double spooler for 350 to 1065 mm plastic. For premises cables, it also includes SZ fibre strander as well as UV buffering cure system from MEDEK, plus ROBLON 18 cops low tension year server, HOFFMANN preheatin chamber and pay-off for beam wave guides. The line is dated 2003, not so much used as was bought in copper telecom plant for diversification purposes. It is 100% complete, take 55 m long to be installed and is fully equipped with single/double layer extrusion set and extra-length control for tube, made with Rosendahl moving capstan 800 mm.
