NEXTROM Coloring Line with Proof Testing, Model OFC55 (Ref : C3RLKW)

OFC 55 is a tandemized coloring and proof testing system from Nextrom. This unit can be used also separately either for coloring, proof testing or rewinding. It has perfect winding with high speed, servo motors, sensitive dancers and automatic turning point control. Safety doors cover both the reels and the whole line during the run. OFC55 typically applies for : - Proof Testing (all types of optical fibers) - Rewinding (all types of optical fibers) - Coloring (all UV curable materials) - For Single Mode Fiber, Multi Mode Fiber or Special Fibers - Coloring typically to diameter 250 µm - 260 µm - UV acrylate upcoating to 400 µm - 900 µm
