STOLBERGER 80 x 400 mm Screening/Armouring Line, Model KOB 40/80 (Ref : WGBY3H)

Compact screening line with rigid cage 80 bobbins. It can apply copper wires from 0,7 (0.5) to 1,5 mm on large cable up to 150 mm. Bobbin diameter : 400 mm - 150 kg (bobbins included in delivery) Line includes 3 taping heads (1 before cage, 2 after cage) for screening purpose. It has long pulling caterpillar suitable for large cable. In excellent mechanical condition. Line with one motor only, with line shaft and gear boxes on taping heads & caterpillar. I means : fixed lay-lengths and no product damage even with power failure. Pay-off/take-up are not included. Electrical to be made new as was with old AEG system. Line with one motor only, so easy to make new panel. Note : 4 additional bobbins can be inserted before screening point, to introduce fibres optics into the copper wires. These fibres are in metal tube (FIMT) An assembly with 4 planetary cradles can be added on central tube, with load cell control.
