EMS (France) XLPE Complete CCV line for Medium Voltage Cables (6...35 kV) (Ref : VDJH2H)

Heavy duty and complete CCV line made by EMS/ANDOUART (France) for production of MV cables. Used so far for 10-20-35 kV cables, with up to 300 mm² copper & 630 mm² aluminium. Line is based on 2600 mm P/Os and T/Us 15 Tons and [75 + 150 + 90 mm] extruders for insulation (ISC/XLPE/OSC). It is equipped with SIKORA X-ray system 8000 NXT and new SCHOLZ tube in 2008. It is using dry curing and water cooling. They can deliver 2.5 Tons of XLPE / 24 hrs and were running typically 10 mm XLPE thickness. As example, they were producing 4.5 kms of 150 mm²/10 kV per 8 hr shift. Line is complete with 2 X-heads and all toolings & accessories.
