BAGER 24+32 / DIN 630 mm Rigid Strander, Beam Type - Batch Loading (Ref : D5MQCB)

Rigid stranding line DIN 630 mm with 2 cages ie. 24 and 32 bobbins. Can make 37 - 61 - 91 wires conductors in 1 or 2 passes 37 wire conductors : (1+6) + 12 + 18 61 wire conductors : (1+6+12) + 18 + 24, altenatively (1+6 + 12 + 18) + 24 91 wire conductors : (1+6+12 + 18) + 24 + 30, altenatively (1+6 + 12 + 18 + 24) + 30 Cage 32 bobbins is also tandem 24 wires, meaning you can bring the 56 wires at last die when needed (screening or armouring) ! Line has 2 motors : one for cage 24 B only and one for cage 32 B and pulling capstan. Capstan is 3 m single wheel, with 32 speed gear box. Electrical panel is very new with SIEMENS drives, PLC S7 and HMI color screen Cage design is beam type, with top loading (6 B together for cage 24 and 8 B together for cage 32 B) As cages are separated, they can be loaded simulatneously when needed. Beams are included (new 2022) but not the top crane for handling beams (was factory crane). Last but not least, possibility to buy in option 3 sets of spools DIN 630 mm, fitting the cage directly.
