High speed and modern line for assembling small insulated cores with backtwist operation. Can assemble small cores like 0,14 mm² ! The line is designed with 12 backtwist payoff for 400/500 mm spools and a rotating take-up for 630...1250 mm. Fine tension control on each core with load cell & servomotors, plus pullin by rotating capstan and dancer for winding force regulation. It has also a central pay-off, rotating, to make cable with up to 12 wires on outerlay. Spark tester, 3 longitudinal taping heads (pad/spools) and one concentric 400 mm also available. Max. speed 200 RPM. Line with 2015 dated new electronics (LENZE and SIEMENS S7). Each component with separate motor (AC technology). Colour screen HMI for operator.
