Heavy duty 550 mm wheel CONFORM machine for making solid sections, of big sizes. Radial type machine. Ideal for strips of flats, copper or aluminium. It has been used for making large aluminium bars earlier (like up to 125 mm round or rectangular too) The machine has a wheel of 550 mm, motorized with 400 kW DC motor. Feedstock on 550 mm model is up to 25 mm copper. Model 550 has the following specs : - Max die circle aluminium hollow profiles : 90 mm - Max extrusion width for Aluminum / Copper solid profiles : 200 mm - Max cross section : 2.000 to 2500 mm² in commercial production
