MUCON Compact & Cost Effective Rigid Strander 6+12/400 mm (Ref : YHEK3D)

Compact machine which is typically used for cabling 19 insulated cores in one operation. It has 2 cages : one for 6 bobbins and one for 12 bobbins. The bobbin sizes is 400 mm OD x 315 mm on hub. The product is pulled by double wheel capstan. Each items has its own motor (each cage & the capstan) for an electronic control, with no shaft (easy installation). The line is without electrical panel today. This has to be added extra. The 2 cages can work in tandem, meaning you can add 18 core lay on top, when passing 2 times in the line.
