PIOVAN 800 L Pellets Dryer Model T800, with Air Dessicator Model DSN521ME (Ref : ULEV4F)

Installation designed to dry plastic material before going to extruder. Unit includes a 800 L silo with hot air blowing, plus a air dessicator with 12 kW heating capacity. Also included are hopper loaders for loading material in the dryer. Alls is on wheel for easy move in factory. Intallation is in top condition as dated 1998 and used earlier in Switzerland. It was used for HFFR compound drying, basis EVA (0.93 density) , having 1000 ppm wet before process to 50 ppm after drying (using 60-70°C drying T°). With this material and drying ratio, the output was 150 kg/hr (with 4 hour drying time) It can however be used for any other type of plastic requiring hot air drying process.
