Portal stand designed by NOKIA MAILLEFER to take bobbins from 600 mm to 2240 mm diameter. Model is BTU 6 Bobbins can be up to 6.000 kg load, and the overall width between 700 to 1500 mm. It was used in cable sheathing line for cables ranging from 5 to 35 mm OD. Winding force is max. 300 da N and line speed 100 m/min. This design is with rubber wheel drive on flange (rim-drive system)
