SAMP Recent (Year 2008) Buncher 630 mm, Model BM630 - 20.000 HOURS only ! (Ref : THT3LN)

Recent and not much used buncher 630 mm made by SAMP in 2008. Each machine worked from 17.000 to 22.000 hrs only, in European factory that finally went bankrupted few years ago. So machines worked 4 years in total only. Machine can accomodate DIN 630 mm spools with 127 mm weight. Loading by electrical platform. It is driven by one ABB AC motor 30 kW for running the bunching up to 6.000 tw/min. Lay-length is set by change gears, from 6 to 62 mm, with many selection possible. Winding tension is controlled by DC permanent magnet motor and winding remote tension control. Traversing is by screw & motor, remotely controllable too. Electrical panel is with main SIEMENS AC drive and with SAMP Sistemi system for winding force control and traversing pitch. Connection from machine to panel is with meta sockets, making dismanling/reassembling immediate & fault-less.
