NIEHOFF RBD Copper Line with Annealer & Barrel Coiler, Model M85 (Ref : NNX5EW)

Well known M85 model from Niehoff Germany designed for drawing copper rod 8 mm with in-line annealing and coiling. Drawing machine is 11 dies, suitable to draw down 8 mm copper into finished wire sizes from 1.35 to 3.6 mm, annealed, at speed up to 31.5 m/sec. Drawing machine is equipped with 2 x DC motors, one for first 10 dies, second for final capstan & annelaer. This allows quick die change (changing finished wire diameter without changing all die set). Machine has been in use in Europe and is in perfect working condition. Line was built early 90s' and available last quarter of 2020
