STOLBERGER 6+12+18/500 mm Rigid Stranding Line Bare or Insul. Wires, Model KJA 50 (Ref : MX8JJB)

Complete line suitable for stranding bare wires (conductors) or insulated cores (control cables). Suitable for 1,0.....3,5 mm copper wire, bare or insulated (wire/strands) Line has 3 cages : 6 + 12 + 18 bobbins Cages can take 500 DIN bobbins (375 mm overall width). Cages 12 B & 18 B are tandem for making up to 36 wires at last cages. It has pulling capstan 1200 mm & 1600 mm take-up for 6 Tons. Machine with line shaft & one 50 kW DC motor. Loading from side by electrical trolley for 1 spool at a time. Line has also 4 concentric taping heads 400 mm : 1 after 6 B, 1 after 12 B and 2 after 18 B cages It is complete and ready to run again. Has been removed from production to be replaced by planetary line. Right to left operated with about 30 m long (including taping heads)
