SETIC Vertical Pairing Unit for LAN Cat 6 Pairs, Model DVDTT600 (Ref : NXL9KD)

Vertical standalone twinning machine which, when combined with standard double twist pairing unit, can produce LAN Cat 6/6A pairs at very high speed, using TRIPLE TWIST process. You can increase existing pairing process by up to 2000 tw/min for UTP Cat6 products ! The DVDTT600 model from SETIC can take 2 spools 600 mm dia. the two cores into a pair, using single twist principle. The two bobbins are driven with dancer to control an excellent and constant wire tension. The twisting process is with vertical carbon fibre bow, running at high speed (1.250 RPM/2.500 Twist per minute), and bringing the pair outside. Copper wire can be from 0.40 to 0.8 mm bare, insulated to 2 mm max. Outside the machine, you have a pulling capstan to pull the pair and set-up the lay-length by combining line speed and twisting speed. This capstan is equipped with a dancer after, to control the feeding tension of the pair. This pair can either can be fed into double twist machine to get triple twist effect. It could also go to dynamic spooler (take-up) as finished product ( in this case, as twinning is from inside to outside, you have also full access on finished pair) Last use of this vertical in/out pairing machine DVDTT was with a Godderidge 630 mm double twist machine for getting Cat6 and cat 6 A pairs at 5.500 tw/min in actual production.
