NIEHOFF 11-Dies Copper Rod Drawing Line with Annealer, Model M85 (Ref : ZCWV1B)

Famous drawing machine for copper rod, made NIEHOFF, model M85. Drawing machine composed with 11 capstans 450 mm, all in line. Tapered reduction to reduce from 8 mm down to 1,35....4,40 mm (see draw scheme below). Drawing machine is driven via one DC motor and 6-speed gear box on last capstan. Line speeds : 8 - 10 - 12,5 - 16 - 20 -25 m/sec. Combined with R500 annealer with 8.400 Amps capacity. Annealer is driven by separate DC motor and synchronized with drawing machine with dancer in between. Drawing section and annealer are proposed mechanically complete, with big transformer. Electrical panel is NOT included. It was located on a mezzzanine, wtih some other machines and cannot be removed without risk for whole production.
