BWE 350 mm CONFORM Cold Extrusion Line, Model 350/200 (Ref : QWCM5M)

The BWE 350 model is the most widely used CONFORM in the world today. Machine is radial type and can be used for : - Aluminium round - Multivoid tubes - Aluminium solid and hollow sections (bus bars, square...) - Small copper bus bars - Copper sections shaped copper condutors. The universal format allows the machine to operate either Conform or Conklad configuration (with modifications naturally). The machine has a wheel of 350 mm, motorized with 200 kW DC motor. I can take aluminium feedstock from 9.5 to 19.0 mm Aluminium or 8 to 13 mm copper. Die circle for aluminium is 70 mm and max. copper products is 400 mm² section with 52 mm width max.
