NOKIA MAILLEFER 30 mm 24 D TBF Secondary Coating Line (Ref : JJ4MAN)

NOKIA-MAILLEFER 30 mm line designed for production of tight or semi-tight buffered fibres (250 - 500 µ). Line is equipped with automatic double spooler 500 mm and has a speed capability of 300 m/min. Extruder can process PUR/PA/PE/HFFR. Line is very complete and in perfect condition, with modern electronic control system and S7 PLC Siemens.. It whas been running in Switzerland till September 2017 and then stopped because of change in product mix. It has modern electronic control system, with Siemens S7 PLC. It was lately used also for insulation of light flexible wire in the range 0.22 - 1.5² at a speed of max 300 m/min.
