Complete and fully equipped tandem line for making skin-foam-skin insulated cores used in HF cables like Cat 6 & 7 LAN Famous EXTRUCELL line from NOKIA MAILLEFER It is based on 3 extruders: - 30 mm / 24 D vertical for inner skin - 60 mm / 30 D with gaz injection for PE (or solid PE) - 45 mm / 24 D for outer skin All connected to 4/6 NOKIA MAILLEFER triple head for LAN cables (equipped with pneumatic bypasses) Wire comes from drawing machine NIEHOFF (17 dies / 24%) giving annealed wire 0,30...1,20 mm at high speed When insulated, wire is spooled on high speed - full automatic double spooler 630 mm, Model EKP63 Line equipped with quality control like capacitance regulation, diameter gauge, spark tester, concentricity monitoring... Also with preheater and wire T° control unit. Drawing has also its own emulsion tank, filter RESY, heat exchanger, steam generator.... Line is LEFT/RIGHT operated 37 m (with EKP 630 at 90° of the line (see layout)
