NOVA 630/800 mm Driven Cantilever Pay-off, Model CVS 800/MAC (Ref : F3ASQL)

Driven pay-off suitable to take bobbins up to 800 mm / 600 kg. (530 mm width max) Bobbin is taken between hydraulic pintles, with hydraulic lifting. Each machine has its hydraulic group. One pintle is driven by LENZE Servomotor 1,6 kW , with timing belt transmission. Each machine has its own electrical panel with LENZE drive. 24 pay-offs were used together to unwind steel wires up to 24 in parallel They were using 3 different types of bobbins : 560/760/800 mm, with bore diameter 41/56/80 mm The machine is without dancer. The tension was set on torque mode, with calculation of spool diameter. Machines in very good condition, manufactured in 2006.
