KUKAMA Driven Pay-offs 500 mm, flyer type (Ref : UHGY3P)

Set of 6 back twist pay-offs flyer type. Pay-offs were formerly used in single twist cabling line and used for unrolling insulated cores. They can accomodate 500 mm spools x 290 mm width. Bobbins are driven by 1.1 kW AC motor. Back tension is achieved by hysteresis brake with torque of 3 Nm max. Loading is made from top by hoist. Pay-off can tilt by pneumatic system to be positioned vertically and get the bobbin loaded & unloaded.
