NEXTROM 1800 mm - 16 kN Pulling Caterpillar, Model BCA 18 (Ref : VYBE9U)

Belt Caterpillar BCA 18 can be used in various insulation and sheathing applications, from low voltage to high and extra high voltage cables. It was formerly used in CV line, left to right operated. Machine can pull cable with max diameter 180 mm, with 16 kN pulling force or speed 170 m/min max. It has a robust steel frame. The gripping pressure and the belt tension are pneumatically adjustable. Belts are driven through a gearbox transmission & an DC motor. Caterpillar is available with panel including Siemens drive. Machine is about 3070 mm long and 1020 mm wide.
