100 mm 24 D extruder used for PVC/PE or MEGOLON type material (2 screws). Delivery includes: - NOKIA MAILLEFER Extruder with cylinder heating/cooling - SANTASALO reducer 14 kNm - SIEMENS DC motor 132 kW with belt transmission - Collar clamp for X-head - One screw for PVC/PE inside barrel now - One screw for MEGOLON outside barrel - Rotating joint for screw cooling inside The machine is proposed mechanically complete, without electrical panel. machine weight : 2800 kg Machine was used in high speed insulation line for building wires, in connection with 60 mm piggy back extruder & 12/14 Xhead. Those are offered separately. Factory shut down in 2012. They installed this extruder in 1998.
