MAILLEFER Quadding Line 630 mm with Backtwist, Model CDG 630 (Ref : YSMK7J)

The line has been designed for production of high quality quads with very low capacitance unbalance. This excellent electrical result is achieved thanks to 100% backtwist on each pay-off as well as on straight wire passage to the take-up. The line is acting as a small drum twister with 4 rotating backtwist pay-offs 425 mm / 60 kg and one rotating take-up 630 mm / 230 kg In addition the tension on each wire can be adjusted when the machine is running, thanks to a special system on pay-off made by Maillefer. It is perfect for railways thick star quads or similar (with low capacitance unbalance/meter). It can make a quad with single Cu wire from 0,4 to 1,4 mm dia. with 3 mm core dia. over plastic. Final product can be up to 9 mm. The machine can run at 300 RPM.
