Heavy duty & excellent mechanical condition 4-roll shaping unit made by FUHR. Rolls are 320 mm diameter. 2 rolls are driven by DC motor 125 kW. Each roll can be positioned independantly. Position of top one is motorized. Max. roll pressure is 45.000 daN It can run 240 m/min. Machine weight 10 Tons ! It is available without electrical panel. It was produced in 1997 and used in a shaping line for macking sectoral aluminium conductors. The factory stopped production in 2004 and went to tribunal procedure. Line never run much then. This explains excellent mechanicall condition.
