High quality vertical pairing machines specially designed to produce LAN and DATA pairs from Cat 5 to Cat 8. LAN and DATA pairs from Cat 5 to Cat 8 including PoE Diameter over Copper: 0,4 to 0,8 mm, solid or stranded Diameter over insulation (O D): 0.8 to 2,8 mm The pairing operation is based on "bow strander" process which does not generate any twist on the single wires. Each single core remains “torsion-free”, yielding to highest product quality. The speed is controlled by the AC bow motor + vector drive digitally linked with the external capstan AC motor & drive. This means a very consistent lay length. The pairing process is from inside to outside (pay-offs are inside pairing machine and finished product is coming out). This means machine can be connected to a regular double twist twinner to get a triple twist pairing process combining : - Highest procution speed : 5500 to 6000 TPM - Top quality given the backtwist (or no-twist) effect provided by the pay-of unit Production speed: 0 to 1800 RPM (5500 to 6000 TPM when combined with a separated double twist twinner) Backtwist (or no-twist) rate: 100% (20% to 35% when combined with a separated double twist twinner)
