Dual cone pay-off suitable bobbins 800....1250 mm. This type of pay-off is ideal for unwinding bare wire in high speed insulation line. Thanks to the two cones, line can run continuously with no stop when bobbin change. Cones are new and were never used. Two matching trolleys, with driven disks are also available. Also a braking capstan for tensionning wire.
