Cable marking machine for cables from 6 to 100 mm diameter. Good for highly resistant marking, resisting to wear. Can print on cables: - Meters (indexable counter) - Letters - Symbols Speed : 3....50 (1100) m/min Cable height : 950....1200 mm (adjustable) Typically used in sheathing line with PE or PVC material. This device is mounted on castor wheel to be positionned directly behing extrusion head. The 2 engraved printing wheels transfer a plastic powder to the hot and soft cable sheath surface. This powder is then sintereed and melted into the sheath surface. the 2 printing wheels on either side of the cable are driven by step-motors which are controlled by digital ecnoders placed in extrusion line Machine is complete, with lots of spare parts/tools as well as good documentation
