NIEHOFF Intermediate Drawing Line M30, with Annealer & DIN 630 spooler (Ref : JD2SPL)

Complete drawing line based on M30 drawing bench designed for drawing Cu wire from 3.5 mm down to 0.35 - 1.2 mm with inline annealing and spooler DIN 630 mm. Drawing is made in 17 dies with fixed elongation of 26%. Annealer is model VG 30 able to debelop 70 kW/1700 Amps. Spooler is dynamic and suitable for DIN 630. Delivery includes also electrical cabinet, control panel, motor for drawing machine. Nota : Machine is today without any cones/capstans which were taken for the other machine in production. Those can be easily purchased & added new during reinstallation
