NIEHOFF Single Bow Buncher 630 mm, Model D631 - Year 2007 (Ref : HR6XWV)

High speed double twist machine DIN 630 mm, model D631 manufactured by NIEHOFF in 2007 for production of copper bunches from 0,15 mm² to 4 mm² (wires 0,05 to 0,85 mm) or flexible bunches up to 6 mm² (wires < 0.30 mm). Twisting speed can be adjusted from 500 to 6500 tw/min with lay-length from 6 to 100 mm. Machine is equipped with pulling capstan, driven by AC motor, allowing to set the lay-length from operator panel directly (no change gears). Wires can be copper bare, tinned or silver coated.
